David is a qualified Solicitor and Head of the Employment department at CAPA LAW Solicitors.

David studied Law and Business at the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law York, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2001. Prior to becoming a Solicitor, David served in HM Forces for over 15 years.

Since qualifying, David has specialised in Employment Law and in particular Employment Law litigation where he has successfully advised, assisted and represented numerous employees in the Employment Tribunals.

David has worked closely with the Trade Unions during his career. He managed a large team of trade union solicitors in the West Midlands and has advised and represented members from various trade unions over the years.

David has a passion for access to justice and his focus is to secure the best outcome for employees facing challenging situations in the workplace. He is committed to delivering pragmatic, clear, and honest advice to support and guide employees through the complexities of Employment Law disputes.

David specialises in dealing with claims for unfair dismissal, all forms of discrimination and whistleblowing.
