Cathy is a qualified Solicitor and Partner at CAPA LAW Solicitors.
Cathy studied Law at University of Liverpool and completed the Legal Practice Course at College of Law, Chester. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2000.
Since qualifying, Cathy has practiced in the area of Personal Injury Litigation, helping protect the rights of countless number of injured persons and securing thousands of pounds in damages on their behalf. Cathy has previously worked closely with several Trade Unions and can expertly guide you through the twists and turns of the Personal Injury claims process. She specialises in Employers Liability claims working closely with those injured providing support, skill, experience and extensive knowledge in this area of law.

Paula is a qualified Solicitor and Partner at CAPA LAW Solicitors.
Paula studied Law at John Moores University, Liverpool and completed the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law, Chester, qualifying in 1998.
Since qualifying, Paula has specialised in Personal Injury Litigation and in particular Employer Liability claims, successfully pursuing thousands of claims on behalf of injured workers over the last 22 years. Paula has worked closely with Trade Unions developing a great understanding of a wide variety of Work Place accidents enabling her to provide specialist advice in all aspects of this area of law. Beth is a qualified Solicitor and an Assistant Solicitor at CAPA LAW Solicitors.
Beth studied Law at Liverpool John Moores University, where she also completed the Legal Practice Course.
She qualified as a Solicitor in January 2020. Beth joined the CAPA LAW team in 2022.
Since qualifying, Beth has made Personal Injury Litigation and Clinical Negligence her chosen areas of work, successfully helping to protect the rights of those injured. Beth specialises in Clinical Negligence, an area of work she is passionate about. David is a qualified Solicitor and Head of the Employment department at CAPA LAW Solicitors.
David studied Law and Business at the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law York, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2001. Prior to becoming a Solicitor, David served in HM Forces for over 15 years.
Since qualifying, David has specialised in Employment Law and in particular Employment Law litigation where he has successfully advised, assisted and represented numerous employees in the Employment Tribunals.
David has worked closely with the Trade Unions during his career. He managed a large team of trade union solicitors in the West Midlands and has advised and represented members from various trade unions over the years.
