CAPA LAW Solicitors was founded in October 2020 by Personal Injury Litigation specialists
Catherine Fielding and Paula Hendrick who are based in both Liverpool & Wirral.

 

With over 40 years experience in all aspects of Personal Injury Litigation, both
Cathy and Paula were keen to use their wealth of knowledge and experience to establish a specialist Personal Injury Law firm committed to achieving the best results and providing exceptional client services. 

 

Cathy and Paula, have strong backgrounds in representing those injured in the workplace, ranging from accidents, disease and illness claims and fatalities.  

 

Previously recognised for their Trade Union work, both Cathy and Paula
are experienced in all aspects of Personal Injury Litigation, including Road Traffic 
Accidents, Cycling and Pedestrian Accidents, Workplace Claims, Workplace Disease,
Asbestos related Illness including Mesothelioma, Serious Injury Claims,
